Production Aide I (Monday- Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm )

About the role
The Production Aide is required to have detailed knowledge of the assembly methods for all products produced in their respective areas. They assist the supervisor in day-to-day operations, possess knowledge of GMPs and SOPs, and apply them to the manufacturing process. This role requires working in a clean room manufacturing environment for the entire shift.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm
- Overtime as needed, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Trains production operators on various process/production techniques
- Assists on the production assembly line as needed
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of department policies, procedures, and practices
- Schedules employees to their workstations
- Assists the Supervisor in leading a group of peers/subordinates, coordinating work on materials loading and simple training
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (required)
- Associate’s or technical degree (preferred)
- Applicable industry/professional certification (preferred)
- 1+ years of related manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360
- Works under direct supervision and follows established procedures
Physical Demands
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently
- Frequently: Reaching upward and downward, pushing/pulling, standing, sitting
- Visual acuity with or without corrective lenses
- Occasionally: Lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs
Pay
$19.31–$23.17/hour plus shift differential
