About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Product Designer to join our team and lead the strategic design of our public safety platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product design process, from conducting user research and generating insights to designing innovative solutions and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. Your expertise will help simplify complex workflows, enhance user experience, and drive the adoption of AI/ML technologies across our product portfolio. You will focus on designing for diverse devices and environments, including multi-panel workstations, in-vehicle laptops, tablets, and mobile applications, ensuring seamless responsiveness and usability. As a key member of our design team, you will advocate for user-centered design principles, standardize design practices across teams, and present your solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine the user experience. Your work will have a direct impact on public safety professionals, enabling them to perform their duties more effectively and efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software product design, including extensive experience in enterprise SaaS environments and a passion for crafting impactful, user-friendly solutions.
