Sr. UX Product Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences across native mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Translate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
- Lead and contribute to discovery activities, journey mapping, information architecture, and future-state experience planning.
- Conduct and apply insights from usability testing, user research, analytics, and competitive analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
- Design intuitive experiences for banking, debit card, payments, spending, and money movement products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Content Strategy, and Analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Work with engineering teams to integrate third-party solutions, SDKs, APIs, and embedded technologies into digital products.
- Leverage and contribute to established design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders while incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Stay current on UX trends, financial technology innovations, and emerging design methodologies.
Required Skills/Education
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android) as well as responsive web experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including Design Systems, Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping, and Figma Make.
- Experience collaborating within Agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility while delivering high-quality design solutions.
