Product UI/UX Designer

Requirements

• Collaborate and help drive the user experience for the PerformYard SaaS products
• Collaborate directly with product managers to translate our product roadmap and product requirements into simple and clean user experiences and designs
• Collaborate with engineers in agile scrum teams to drive design concepts forward through implementation, including developing wireframes and UI Prototypes when necessary and annotated design specs using Figma, including CSS specifications
• Enhance and help maintain the PerformYard UI design system

Qualifications

• Portfolio of past product design work that demonstrates your skills in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
• 3+ years of professional UI design and UX experience on a commercial browser-based SaaS product
• 1+ years of Figma Design Experience
• Experience designing and working on component-driven user interfaces and leveraging atomic design
• Experience working in an agile/scrum-based development process and with other UI/UX designers

Skills

• Self-motivated, creative, efficient, detail-oriented, and organized in their UX and UI design approach
• Key team member leading UX and UI efforts to deliver simple, scalable performance management software for HR professionals
