Product UI/UX designer

About the role

UI / UX Product Designer. Fully Remote (US, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, LATAM). Full-time. Matcha is a zero noise alternative to job boards. Responsibilities

• Own design end to end, from early concepts to shipped product
• Build our design system and visual language from scratch
• Work directly with founders to shape product direction
• Design experiences that help people find work they actually want
• Establish the bar for quality as we grow

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showing product thinking, not just visual polish
• Proficiency in Figma
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
• Able to work in ambiguous situations and move forward
• Previous remote work experience
• Any level of experience welcome (new graduates OK)
