Product Trainer

Location: US (preference: Dallas, Texas or surrounding areas)

Travel Requirement: 20–30% within the United States

Responsibilities

• Conducting orientation programs and training for new employees.
• Developing, coordinating, and conducting core product training for both clients and internal users.
• Coordinating with internal resources to design training rollout approaches, including complete testing and training schedules.
• Creating training documents and updating user manuals to match client-specific scope requirements for our technology products.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, end users, sales, product management, technical support, IT, and other internal stakeholders to understand training needs.
• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, implementing improvements, and growing adoption.
• Multitasking and maintaining tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner.
• A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Traveling 20 to 30% of the time within the United States as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product trainer
• Healthcare domain background is a plus
• Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Demonstrated interest in technology and/or technical processes
• Positive team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in creating and/or presenting training materials
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and a proven track record of working collaboratively to improve customer experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences, including project managers and support teams
