Responsibilities
- Conducting orientation programs and training for new employees.
- Developing, coordinating, and conducting core product training for both clients and internal users.
- Coordinating with internal resources to design training rollout approaches, including complete testing and training schedules.
- Creating training documents and updating user manuals to match client-specific scope requirements for our technology products.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, end users, sales, product management, technical support, IT, and other internal stakeholders to understand training needs.
- Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, implementing improvements, and growing adoption.
- Multitasking and maintaining tight timelines and priorities in a highly professional manner.
- A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
- Traveling 20 to 30% of the time within the United States as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product trainer
- Healthcare domain background is a plus
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Demonstrated interest in technology and/or technical processes
- Positive team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience in creating and/or presenting training materials
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers and a proven track record of working collaboratively to improve customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences, including project managers and support teams
