We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes: "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" which is like About the role. Then "Responsibilities:" list. Then "Requirements:" list. Then "Pluses:" maybe could be Skills? But we have sections: Skills maybe from "Pluses". Also "Pay Scale:" gives pay. Benefits listed. No schedule given besides travel 20% typical, but schedule not explicit; we could maybe include Schedule if travel mentioned? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated, Benefits stated, Schedule not explicitly stated (no work hours). Travel is not schedule. So we omit Schedule. We need to not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have heading for Product Trainer. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, No Agencies, etc. Also remove "About Navien, Inc." maybe that's substantive? It's company description; could be included maybe as About the role? But we already have About the role from WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. The About Navien section is extra info about company; could be included as a separate section? Not listed in allowed headings but we could maybe put under About the role? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples; we could also add other headings if needed? But better to stick to those. The company description could be placed under About the role as prose. We need to include all substantive info: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR paragraph, Responsibilities list, Requirements list, Pluses list (maybe as Skills), Pay Scale, Benefits list. Also maybe mention travel 20% typical? Could be included under Responsibilities? It's under Responsibilities bullet: "Travel – this position may involve travel...". So we keep that as part of Responsibilities list. We must not include duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove "About Navien, Inc."? It's not boilerplate but it's company description; could be considered substantive but not required headings. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role. But we need to decide. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the About Navien paragraph. Where to put? Could be under About the role as prose. We also need to remove "No Agencies Please!" and EEO line. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

... combine WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR and About Navien paragraph.

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: ensure we didn't repeat. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "This job description is not designed to cover..." That's a generic statement; should we keep? It's substantive? It's a disclaimer about duties may change. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That line is not exactly those categories; it's a generic statement about duties may change. Might be okay to keep. But it's not under any heading; could be placed under Requirements? Might be better to omit as it's not specific content. However it's substantive? It's a generic statement; maybe we can drop as it's not specific detail. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; this line is not substantive detail about the job. I'd drop it. Also "If you are someone who likes to meet new people, and build lasting relationships, you will have a great advantage." That's part of WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR; we keep. Now ensure we didn't miss any responsibilities: list them. Responsibilities bullet list from posting: - Participates in and conducts technical training programs involving Navien products, installation, troubleshooting and service - Use discretion and independent judgment to evaluate and determines training objectives, assists in writing training programs, modifying training programs that will best support Navien’s business operations, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises where applicable. - Lectures class on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of Navien products, and equipment directly related to Navien applications, following outline, handouts and texts. - Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the water heating field and hydronics. - Perform a variety of tasks, during non-training periods which includes but are not limited to field inspections, technical site visits and fielding phone calls from our installing groups, contractors, manufacturer representatives and coworkers. - Oversee and maintain the training academy facility which includes, but is not limited to: * Verify that the training room is set up prior and after training classes as necessary, and assist with those tasks when required * Verify condition of working and non-working equipment before and after each class * Repair/update equipment as necessary * Integrate new products into the curriculum and training room as they are released * Interact and collaborate as needed with the internal company departments to maintain and upgrade the academy * Work with and support the regional sales staff and manufacturers’ representatives with regarding customer attendance or coordinating trainings outside the set academy schedule. * Work with the training department coordinators to help schedule and support classes with hand out material, required reporting, or overall class information * Work with academy attendees during and after classes. Submit required documents, reports, or information within the required timeframes set forth by the company. - Travel – this position may involve travel to trade shows or meetings, other academy locations, and occasional field trainings – approximately 20% travel is typical. We need to format as
  • items. For the nested bullet under Oversee and maintain..., we could either flatten into separate li items or keep as sublist? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists, but we can keep as separate li items for simplicity. We'll break out each sub-item as its own li. Thus responsibilities list will have many items. Now Requirements list: - The academy trainer must be able to work in multiple roles: as the trainer, the operations coordinator, and the ambassador for Navien and the academy. - Trainer position requires acceptable knowledge and expertise in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. - Ability to articulate problems and solutions concisely to all levels of customers: laborer, contractor, distributer, engineers and architects. - Completion of degree at a trade school (electrical, plumbing or HVAC) or equivalent in real time preferred. - Ability to change roles quickly, from lecture to individual instruction - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Strong presentation/public speaking skills and strong customer service skills. - Willingness and ability to speak with groups as large as 100+ - Sales experience and the ability to sell the product is an absolute requirement. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook. - Can work well under general and limited supervision. - Experience and competence in using hand tools and test equipment relevant to the product and water heater/boiler industry. - Experience in advanced hydronics, with an emphasis on new technologies and control strategies. Design experience in hydronic systems is additionally beneficial. Now Pluses (Skills) list: - Navien-specific Tankless/Boiler installation and training experience. - Knowledge and understanding of the manufacturer - manufacturer rep – distributor - contractor sales model and process, and each of their roles in that relationship. Now Benefits list as above. Now Pay. Now About the role paragraph: combine WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR and About Navien.
