Consulting Product Educator

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical research systems and workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with business goals
• Design and deliver user-centric training programs and support materials
• Drive user adoption of digital tools, focusing on sustainability
• Collect user feedback to inform ongoing product enhancements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research
• Proficiency in training delivery and user-facing support
• Experience in digital transformation and AI-related initiatives preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise clinical systems (e.g., CTMS, Veeva) strongly preferred
• Background in consultative or stakeholder-facing roles desired
