Responsibilities
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, and testing of HDPE liners and components.
- Support field installations including site prep, liner measurement, fusion setup, and QA documentation.
- Set up, operate, and maintain butt fusion, electrofusion, and extrusion welding equipment.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions for contractors and distributors.
- Develop installation guides, QA checklists, and traceability records.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve manufacturing efficiency and field performance.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace; follow company safety and PPE procedures.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent; technical training in welding, fabrication, or construction is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, construction, or field service.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools and fusion equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, take accurate measurements, and complete QA documentation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in variable jobsite conditions (some travel required).
- Strong attention to detail; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Preferred Skills
- Fusion certifications (butt fusion / electrofusion).
- Forklift or telehandler certification.
- OSHA-10/30 or Confined Space training.
Pay
$25 – $35/hr (DOE) + Overtime Eligibility
