Our customers include municipalities, site contractors, and material yards across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with fabrication, assembly, and testing of HDPE liners and components.
  • Support field installations including site prep, liner measurement, fusion setup, and QA documentation.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain butt fusion, electrofusion, and extrusion welding equipment.
  • Conduct product demos and training sessions for contractors and distributors.
  • Develop installation guides, QA checklists, and traceability records.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve manufacturing efficiency and field performance.
  • Maintain a safe, organized workspace; follow company safety and PPE procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent; technical training in welding, fabrication, or construction is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, construction, or field service.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools and fusion equipment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, take accurate measurements, and complete QA documentation.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in variable jobsite conditions (some travel required).
  • Strong attention to detail; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Preferred Skills

  • Fusion certifications (butt fusion / electrofusion).
  • Forklift or telehandler certification.
  • OSHA-10/30 or Confined Space training.

Pay

$25 – $35/hr (DOE) + Overtime Eligibility
