About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems in industrial settings. Works closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems in industrial settings
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure system efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs as needed
• Document findings and recommendations in work logs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues
• Experience with safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
