Responsibilities
- Customer site delivery of: Installation and operator training on instruments and software
- Preventative maintenance
- Diagnosis and repair of systems
- Sustaining customers and distributors remotely
- Efficient management of schedule and workload
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Aid as needed with product demonstrations
- Preparation/submission of service reports to customers
Requirements
- Essential: Industry experience working with HPLC or Liquid Scintillation Counting
- Full driving licence
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Highly motivated and have strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Able to work independently without supervision in high-pressure environments
- Desirable: Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience of working with radioactivity
