Product Support Sales Representative
About The Position
The Parts Department is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) in our Williston, ND Branch. This position is critical for developing and maintaining a customer base, keeping VIP customers informed of new parts and services, completing weekly call reports, and proactively selling parts and service to specified customers.
Responsibilities
- Maximizing the sale of parts and service within the assigned territory
- Conducting routine inspections of undercarriage and ground engaging tools to determine wear and tear and recommending products and quotes for services needed
- Keeping each VIP customer informed of new parts and services available
- Maintaining site visits and completing weekly call reports with customers
- Proactively selling parts and service to specified customers to increase sales
Qualifications & Experience Needed
- A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred, or 4 years or more of equivalent industry sales experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
