Product Support Sales Manager

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Develops customer relationships with a focus on sales and customer service topics.
• Maintains open communication between sales, parts, and service divisions.
• Manages Product Support Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Keeps management informed of current economic and customer trends and workloads.
• Researches, creates, and implements annual marketing plans.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year University in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing discipline is preferred.
• Eight years of related experience and/or training in Parts, Service, Product Sales Support, and/or Outside Sales is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Eight years of prior industry experience with management, leadership, and sales experience is required.
• Effective presentation, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
