About the Opportunity

The Product Support - Lift Trucks role is designed to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain product quality across North America West, Canada West, and Mexico. The position supports dealers and key account customers by ensuring technical excellence and service reliability for lift truck products, thereby promoting business growth through improved equipment and parts profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support the dealer network for lift truck products.
  • Train dealers and customers on assembly, commissioning, and technical aspects.
  • Verify product specifications and quality compliance.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support remotely and onsite.
  • Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training.
  • Visit customers and dealers to offer technical advice and identify business opportunities.
  • Report non-conformities and technical issues clearly and consistently.
  • Ensure correct interpretation and application of warranty policies.
  • Support sales team with technical inquiries and non-conformities.
  • Suggest improvements in service development and quality.
  • Make decisions regarding service measures in the field.
  • Plan and manage travel for product support activities.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in machinery aftersales support or related fields.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and spare parts manuals.
  • Proficient PC skills.
  • English fluency required; bilingual Spanish is desired but not mandatory.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Residence near a major airport.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

USD 75,000 - USD 79,000 yearly.
