About The Role
As a Product Success Senior Manager, you are the architect of our customers’ operational success from day zero. This high-impact, 0-1 role sits at the intersection of complex accounting, AI implementation, and driving customer outcomes. You will use your accounting expertise to work with customers, configure autonomous systems, and partner with Product and GTM teams to build our deployment playbook. Responsibilities
- Deploy & Configure AI Financial Agents: Partner directly with founders, accountants, and mid-market Controllers to translate complex accounting policies (e.g., ASC 606) into automated logic. Configure, test, and tune AI agents and account structures to align with specific business rules and data pipelines.
- Drive Onboarding Strategy & Playbooks: Run evidence-based tests to identify friction points across customer sizes—from startups to mid-market clients—and build scalable, repeatable frameworks to accelerate "Time to Value."
- Bridge Product and Commercial Teams: Act as the internal customer advocate, collaborating with Product and Engineering to ensure customer needs are reflected in product workflows.
- Master Customer Jobs-to-Be-Done: Become a product expert, track usage, proactively mitigate risks, identify expansion triggers, and drive long-term platform adoption.
Requirements
- Technical Accounting Fluency: Strong background in accounting or finance, with a solid grasp of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and modern ERPs. Ability to communicate effectively with both Controllers and Engineers.
- Customer-Facing Ownership: Experience or strong desire to work directly with customers in roles such as customer success, implementations, technical account management, or product operations.
- Owner & Value-Driven Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complex stakeholder environments and hitting aggressive deadlines. Thrives in solving ambiguous and exciting problems.
- AI-Maximalist: Deep passion for emerging technology, with experience prompting, configuring, and optimizing autonomous systems to handle complex financial rules.
Qualifications
- CPA license or heavy experience in auditing (e.g., Big 4) or managing revenue and accounting.
- Data Proficiency: Ability to independently navigate analytics platforms to interpret platform health, onboarding data, and user behavior.
Pay
Compensation Range: $180K - $270K
