Job Overview
Schneider is seeking a Product Strategy Team Leader in Green Bay to connect customer insights with product strategy and operational execution. The Product Strategy Team Leader will lead a team of frontline support associates and be responsible for engaging with users, capturing feedback and managing the support team and processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct conversations with users through interviews, advisory boards, webinars and surveys.
- Document and analyze user feedback to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage frontline support associates and provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities.
- Developing product documentation and training materials tailored to user needs.
- Support product launches and rollouts by leading training sessions and monitoring user adoption.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams to improve customer-facing processes and align priorities.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product success, customer support or product management
- At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Basic project management and facilitation skill
