Product Team Lead

The Product Team Lead position is currently being managed by a partner company and is based in the United States. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of Product Managers
• Defining and driving product strategy across a broad portfolio
• Ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical execution
• Partnering with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing
• Playing a hands-on role in high-priority initiatives
• Mentoring and developing a team of Product Managers

Requirements include:

• Seasoned product leader with strong people management experience
• Deep product execution expertise
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch in complex environments
• Strong track record of defining product requirements, managing backlogs, prioritizing work, and delivering measurable outcomes
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with product management tools, roadmapping systems, and collaboration platforms
• Bonus: experience in legal tech, regulated industries, or organizations building/maturing product functions
