• Lead the implementation of headless content management solutions
• Shape personalization strategies that enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate across teams to operationalize personalization at scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Strategy or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise product strategies and roadmaps
• Deep expertise with content management systems and dynamic content delivery
• Experience supporting omni-channel customer communications
• Proven track record of evaluating market opportunities and aligning strategies
