Product Strategy Senior Advisor - Identity Strategy & Innovation

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on identity platform strategy and modernization priorities
• Develop and recommend the identity roadmap and capabilities prioritization
• Evaluate platform gaps and emerging technology trends
• Shape fraud prevention strategy and improve login success
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure scalable and resilient identity solutions
• Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of identity solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Strategy/Management, Identity & Access Management, or related fields
• Proven experience in developing enterprise product strategies and roadmaps
• Hands-on familiarity with identity capabilities such as MFA, SSO, and account recovery
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Strong communication skills for translating complex needs into measurable outcomes
