Senior Product Strategist

About the role

We are supporting the search for a Senior Product Strategist to join a digital solutions team focused on work execution and operational transformation. This position plays a key part in shaping the product roadmap, aligning business priorities, and supporting successful delivery and adoption across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state operations solutions, including current-state and future-state process documentation, along with organizational change considerations.
• Support business capability assessment, design, alignment, and road mapping with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage the business case, benefits tracking, value realization, and objective measurement across initiatives.
• Support backlog prioritization, change management, stakeholder engagement, rollout planning, and preparation for key stakeholder readouts and regulatory engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant business experience.
• Experience working on digital product teams is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital product implementation and agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and refining value cases, including financial and strategic value.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus self-motivation, independent initiative, creative problem solving, and experience in process improvement methodologies.
