Product Specialist, Privacy

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in executing the privacy product roadmap.
• Gather, document, and refine business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Cook up coordination with Legal, Engineering, and Security teams for product enhancements.
• Cook up backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Aid with platform administration, reporting, and issue tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira or Confluence.
