Description
MINI of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a Product Specialist (Sales Genius) to join their sales team. The ideal candidate should be positive, dependable, and passionate about supporting the sales team.
What You Will Do
- Greet sales customers
- Work with customers answering product questions and performing demonstrations of features and vehicle electronics
- Deliver sold vehicles to customers with each salesperson
- Absorb with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience and build dealer sales loyalty
- Perform other tasks assigned by management and the Controller

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver license in good standing and a clean driving record
- Technologically savvy
- Dependable and timely for client deliveries
- Strong customer service skills and enjoyment of interacting with clients
- Ability to communicate positively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Able to work Saturdays
- Desire to advance your career
- Able to drive a manual shift (a plus but not required)
Pay and Schedule
- Pay Rate: $22/hr
- Schedule: 4 weekdays plus Saturdays, totaling 40 hours per week
