Product Specialist - Maserati

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technology related to their new purchases
• Deliver and demonstrate vehicles to clients
• Master current Maserati products and technology offerings
• Customize setups for clients and tailor explanations and presentations to individual customers
• Take customer phone calls and interface with customers before, during, and after purchase
• Manage and enhance Maserati's multiple social media platforms

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and possess a clean, valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service (highly preferred)
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Understanding of manufacturer's specifications

Schedule

The typical schedule for a Product Specialist is Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. Some Saturdays may be off as well.
