Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the full vehicle purchasing process
- Present vehicles, explain features and benefits, and conduct test drives
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
- Support customers through financing and paperwork with the sales team
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email; maintain accurate CRM records
- Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and market trends
- Collaborate with management, finance, and service teams to meet dealership goals
Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Automotive experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers — not just close deals
- Professional appearance and customer-first approach
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
