Product Specialist

About the role

The Product Specialist role at Adams Chevrolet is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations. You will provide product demos to prospects, sell the technology buyers crave, assist customers with technology, and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
• Aid clients in identifying a vehicle that meets their wants and needs.
• Be the vehicle expert, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Bring your 'A game' and positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications

• Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Effective listening skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
