About the role
Tech Ads is responsible for supporting and providing technical services for various customers using our Ad products. We assist customers in maximizing their use of our Ad and Publisher products and offer guidance when needed. We handle a wide range of tasks from enhancing self-help and in-product support to handling account setup and campaign implementation, as well as providing media solutions for customers' business and marketing needs. Additionally, we provide complex technical and measurement solutions and consultative support for large customers. We work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance the customer experience. We aim to ensure our customers receive the best return on investment with Google and maintain a trusted partnership.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Google's advertisers and Sales teams, agencies, and partners.
- Apply deep product expertise to solve complex technical customer issues and escalate cases.
- Analyze data and insights to identify systemic improvement opportunities.
- Own and execute projects to lead improvements in product, technology, operational processes, policies, and customer awareness.
- Partner with Sales, Agency, and other cross-functional partner teams to own and continuously improve the journey of all clients, resolving complex issues and understanding customer pain points.
- Share data and customer insights, and provide expert recommendations to partner teams to advocate for product and process improvements, driving continuous optimization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of product functionalities and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience developing customer-focused solutions, including troubleshooting, finding new processes or product features.
- Experience in the online media landscape.
Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $114,000 - $164,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
