Job Summary

About the role

This role provides support and service engineering services which include product validation, investigating, troubleshooting, diagnosing application and technical problems. It emphasizes project management and internal and external relations.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
• Create documentation
• Validate form, fit and function of newly developed products
• Continuous Product Improvement
• Evaluate defects in production products
• Advance support for internal and external customers
• Triage escalations to restore customer production system

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 3-4 years experience. Experience in NPI and CPI processes.
• Degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Associate's with more years of relevant experience may be considered. Master's degree may be overqualified.

$37.00 - 38.08 per hour
