Product Sales Specialist
About the role
Hawk Ridge Systems, a leading 3D design & manufacturing solutions provider and industry leader for SOLIDWORKS (the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform), is seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Sales Specialist. In this role, you will own or share responsibility for company-wide quotas tied to designated products or portfolios, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through post-sale expansion while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and leadership to maximize market penetration and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding assigned sales quotas for designated products or portfolios
- Own or share responsibility for product-specific revenue targets and financial goals
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of at least 2.5x monthly targets
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, quoting, closing, and post-sale expansion
- Create accurate, detailed CRM documentation and maintain opportunity workflow standards
- Conduct customer meetings independently or in collaboration with technical resources
- Update revenue and unit forecasts regularly and report progress on key opportunities
- Prospect target industries and accounts while managing inbound leads
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical teams to maximize opportunity success
- Maintain partner certifications as required by Sales Leadership
- Articulate product value, ROI, and competitive differentiators clearly and confidently
Requirements
- Must be able to work 8am – 5pm PST or MST with an hour for lunch
- 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience
- Experience selling multi-product or solution-based portfolios
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota

- Strong commercial and sales acumen with the ability to map customer business drivers to solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Autonomous, high-energy, detail-oriented, and self-driven team player who has a strong work ethic, and thrives by prioritizing, multi-tasking, and utilizing outstanding problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Pay
New hire salary range for this role is between $85K and $90K per year, with an annual possible OTE of $160K. Base pay is based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
