Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships to drive sales and long-term profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Optimize profitability, product mix, and inventory turnover for assigned products.
- Ensure effective product performance while fostering strong customer and supplier relations.
- Provide sales and technical support, resolving customer service issues.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and sales solutions.
- Communicate value propositions and refine sales approaches as needed.
- Promote existing products and introduce new opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and profitability, crafting strategic pricing models.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including branches, supply chain, and product management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree; equivalent industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to grow and maintain a large book of business.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Expertise in customer support, inventory management, and consultative sales.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales and customer service roles.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 + bonus. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
