The Product Program Management is accountable for the end-to-end execution of assigned programs from feasibility validation through shipment readiness, ensuring delivery on time, on quality, and within cost expectations. The role acts as the central driver of execution, translating customer commitments into executable plans and ensuring aligned delivery across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service functions.
Key Responsibilities
Own execution of multiple complex programs from pre-release validation (G1–G2) through shipment readiness (G6)
Ensure delivery performance aligned with: Schedule commitments, Product quality standards, Cost expectations (margin protection, not expansion)
Act as the single point of accountability for execution performance
Validate execution feasibility before project release, including: Schedule realism, Engineering maturity assumptions, Manufacturing readiness risks
Lead DFM / DFA and design-for-manufacturability reviews, Challenge engineering readiness and drive early industrialization decisions, Initiate and enforce engineering changes (ECR/ECO/ECN) as required, Hold authority to delay progression if design is not manufacturable or sufficiently mature
Ensure full readiness for production, including: BOM completeness and accuracy, Material availability and supply plan alignment, Manufacturing work instructions, Capacity and resource planning, QHSE controls and process readiness
Oversee validation activities: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Quality inspections, Documentation completeness
Support resolution of: Procurement challenges, Engineering changes (internal or customer-driven), Manufacturing issues and constraints
