Product Program Manager

About the role

Join NVIDIA’s Applied Systems team as a Product Program Manager (PPM) and lead key execution initiatives for next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers. You will work alongside high-performance computing engineers and technologists to scale program execution through data-driven workflows and AI-enabled tools, ensuring program visibility, dependency tracking, risk analysis, and communication. This role focuses on fully integrated Data Center System platforms that redefine AI, deep learning, high-performance computing, GPU cloud computing, GPU virtualization, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own full program execution, including cross-functional schedules and execution strategy.
• Continuously assess program risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Review upstream Plan of Record (POR) changes and drive program strategy.
• Maintain program POR, document strategy changes, and rationale for decisions.
• Ensure understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/achievement criteria, and cross-functional interdependencies.
• Foster collaboration between architects, engineers, hardware, software, firmware, operations, product engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Lead project staff meetings to prioritize issues, summarize concerns, and report program status.
• Implement After Action Reviews (AARs) from previous generations into current programs.
• Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organization.
• Use data, AI-enabled tools, and structured communication to drive alignment and influence without authority.
• Define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverable.
• Link strategy to impact and project outcomes, assessing risks in schedule, resources, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience, with a strong background in product development.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience identifying and balancing decision-makers and influencers.
• Ability to define strategy by mapping end goals backward and owning program results.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve program insight and execution.

Pay

Base salary ranges are:

• Level 4: $168,000 – $258,750 USD
• Level 5: $200,000 – $322,000 USD
