About the role
This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full program management, including developing comprehensive cross-functional schedules
- Establish and implement execution strategies, continuously assessing risks
- Drive program strategy by reviewing upstream changes and owning the plan of record
- Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, operations, and go-to-market teams
- Lead project staff meetings to identify and prioritize issues
- Report program status effectively to team members at all levels
- Implement lessons learned from previous programs into current work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management Experience with strong product development expertise
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Ability to balance between decision makers and influencers
- Experience documenting strategy changes and rationale for decisions
- Proficiency in using data and AI-enabled tools for program management
- Strong understanding of program risks and performance metrics
