Product Program Manager

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Product Program Manager (PPM) to support product development efforts on our Applied Systems team. You will lead key execution initiatives in introducing next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers, working alongside high-performance computing engineers and technologists. This role will also help scale program execution through data-driven workflows and practical use of AI-enabled tools for program visibility, dependency tracking, risk analysis, and communication.

Data Center System platforms are fully integrated combinations of GPU-optimized software, groundbreaking performance, and simplified management to redefine AI and deep learning, high-performance computing, GPU cloud computing, GPU virtualization, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Full program ownership with a focus on comprehensive cross-functional schedules.
• Ensure a sound execution strategy is established and implemented.
• Continuously assess program risks and mitigation plans.
• Review upstream POR (plan of record) changes and drive program strategy.
• Own program POR, document strategy changes, and rationale for decisions.
• Drive understanding of the Product Life Cycle, phase/achievement criteria, and cross-functional interdependencies.
• Ensure cohesive collaboration between cross-functional teams: architects, engineers, hardware, software, firmware, operations, product engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Lead project staff meetings to prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and areas of immediate focus.
• Summarize concerns, blockades, and plans to resolve, and report program status to team members at all levels.
• Implement AARs (after action review) from previous generations into the current program.
• Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or equivalent experience) in Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering, or a similar degree.
• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience with strong expertise in product development.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority using data, AI-enabled tools, and structured communication to drive alignment.
• Ability to identify and balance between decision-makers and influencers.
• Understand that strategy involves defining the end goal and mapping a plan backward step-by-step.
• Own the results and understand how your program performed in the last and current generation.
• Define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverable.
• Link strategy to impact and project outcomes, demonstrating a logical approach to assess risk in schedule, resources, and performance, including practical use of AI-enabled tools to improve program insight.

• Experience in both internal cross-organizational decision-making and external customer interaction.
• Ability to establish trust and credibility with internal team members.
• Skill in gathering the right team members and clearly understanding each person’s role in meetings to drive successful outcomes.

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is:

• 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4.
• 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
