Product Program Manager
Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. We’re building a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything from developing the best product experiences to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work and exploring innovative ways to give back to our community.
We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential, and a vision to reimagine consumer packaged goods. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. Even as we grow, we maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped us succeed. We’ve donated over $20 million through our nonprofit partners to date.
About The Team
The Global Product Team is responsible for all aspects of product development and design from ideation through production. The team leads the company’s largest product initiatives through the creation, development, and testing of innovative, high-quality goods that will be sold to and experienced by customers worldwide. Within the Product Team, the Program Management team scopes programs, drives cross-functional teams to define and execute development and design strategy, and ensures all workstreams ladder up successfully to launch new products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and loves making things happen. This is an ideal role for someone eager to own big outcomes and grow within a fast-moving product organization. As a Product Program Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional workstreams and teams at all levels through thoughtful planning, execution, and support from concept through product launch. You’ll manage a high volume of commercial initiatives and bundles. Success in this role means being a doer who brings structure, builds relationships, and drives momentum across functions.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across a high volume of product programs, primarily commercial and bundle initiatives, from scoping through launch
- Lead cross-functional teams through development planning, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure deliverables align with business goals
- Collaborate across product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales to move work forward quickly and efficiently
- Work with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers throughout development
- Clearly communicate updates, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, tailoring messages to different audiences
- Identify and implement workflow, tool, or process improvements that enable faster, more efficient execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in roles that require ownership, coordination, and execution (e.g., rotational programs, operations, finance, or product development)
- Industry experience in CPG, startups, or fast-paced environments a plus but not required
- No technical background required; we prioritize ownership, drive, and ability to align teams
- Self-starter with strong judgment and a proven track record of accountability
- Ability to bring structure to chaos by breaking down complexity and keeping teams focused
- Clear and confident communication across stakeholders, internal and external, senior and peer-level
- Problem-solver who owns solutions and drives outcomes rather than just completing tasks
- Builds trust quickly across teams while balancing input from multiple stakeholders
- Curious, adaptable, and resilient in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, or unexpected challenges
- Positive outlook and a sense of humor; we take our work seriously and ourselves less so
