About the role

The Raytheon Industry 4.0 team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and develop a team of Product Owners. The candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional products that align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive definition and execution of overall product strategy and product innovation.
• Ensure effective collaboration across departments and customers.
• Lead the department’s digital product strategies and roadmaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Define and implement Product management processes and methodologies.
• Liaison between stakeholders, customers, and product owners.
• Establish measurable goals for the product, track progress using KPIs, and make data-informed adjustments.
• Expect 25% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years in product management or product ownership, with direct experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Product management tools and transition to production of software products.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and/or strengthening customer relationships.
• Continuous improvement, quality, and analytical mindset.
• Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for Aerospace and Defense factories with automation systems.
