About the role
The Raytheon Industry 4.0 team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and develop a team of Product Owners. The candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional products that align with the company's strategic goals, driving definition and execution of overall product strategy, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments and customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the department’s digital Product strategies and roadmaps, driving common automated solutions aligned to the CORE process matrix, maximizing affordability and speed to market across sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Define and implement Product management processes and methodologies.
- Liaison between stakeholders, customers and product owners.
- Establishes measurable goals for the product, tracks progress against these goals using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and makes data-informed adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Expect Domestic Travel 25% of the time.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Minimum of 4+ years in product management or product ownership, with direct experience successfully delivering complex products end-to-end within a manufacturing factory environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Product management tools (Jira, DevOps, etc.).
- Experience with transition to production of software products, automation systems or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and/or strengthening customer relationships.
- Continuous improvement/growth, quality and analytical mindset.
- Professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with preference for Aerospace and Defense factories with automation systems.
