About the role

Enlighten is looking for an experienced Product Owner to directly support operations and assist in growth strategy with special emphasis on the DoD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC). This role will provide project management and DevSecOps support, assist in training and adoption of analytics and applications developed for cyber operations on the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP), and require hybrid work with onsite presence 3-4 days a week at Fort Meade, MD. Travel up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, foster, and strengthen relationships between Enlighten and targeted government customers.
• Function as the lead for analytic and application development in support of operations and integrate production capabilities into customers' daily operations.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DCDC operational BDP capabilities and operationalize these into customer workflows.
• Provide technical support to users of the Air Force BDP and its applications, troubleshoot issues, and answer user questions.
• Gather software requirements from DCDC customers, convey them to developers, and establish development roadmaps.
• Champion Enlighten’s technology and capabilities, providing leadership updates on project status and customer engagements.
• Work with the Customer Experience Group (CEG) to develop and implement development plans, operational roadmaps, and action plans.
• Expand future opportunities by identifying new market opportunities and documenting them in the company’s CEG pipeline tools.
• Develop customer relationships, manage taskings, and ensure clear communication of requirements to meet customer timelines.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering departments to align DevSecOps pipeline delivery with customer targets.
• Act as the focal point for pushing capabilities to the customer and ensuring awareness of DevSecOps pipeline touchpoints.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of business development, including proposal support, staffing, and opportunity identification.
• Develop an external network of solution partners and providers.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business, a technical field, or related; or 7 years with a Master’s in a related field; or High School Diploma/equivalent and 13 years of relevant experience.
• Prior government or military experience with MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DCDC, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet/Navy Cyber.
• Experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
• Understanding of budget practices and acquisitions within the specified organizations or relevant relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must obtain Security+ certification within 60 days of hire.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS) and work onsite 3-4 days a week at Fort Meade, MD.

Preferred Qualifications

• DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications.
• Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Cyber Security.
• Technical background to determine system requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Prior experience or familiarity with Big Data Platforms or Data Lake architectures.

Pay

Anticipated salary range: $133,073 – $190,000. The final offer considers role function, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.

Schedule

• Hybrid work environment with 3-4 days onsite per week at Fort Meade, MD.
• Up to 25% travel (CONUS/OCONUS) as necessary.
