About the role

Enlighten, a leader in big data solution development and deployment, seeks a Product Owner to support operations and assist in growth strategy with a focus on U.S. Air Force. This role involves project management, DevSecOps support, and training on various analytics and applications for cyber operations on the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP)/JCRS-D.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, foster, and strengthen relationships with government customers.
  • Lead analytic and application development in support of operations.
  • Operationalize capabilities into customers' daily operations.
  • Provide technical support to users of the Air Force BDP and its applications.
  • Convey software requirements from Air Force customers to developers.
  • Answer user questions and troubleshoot issues related to the platform.
  • Champion company technology and capabilities.
  • Update company leadership on project status, customer engagements, and government direction.
  • Develop and implement development plans, operational roadmaps, and action plans for communities of interest.
  • Expand opportunities by identifying new market opportunities and target markets.
  • Document and maintain opportunities in the company's CEG pipeline tools.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and knowledge of customer plans, programs, and market intelligence.
  • Network with solution partners and providers.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering departments.
  • Ensure the customer is fully aware of relevant DevSecOps pipeline touchpoints.
  • Work closely with company development and engineering teams to ensure DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates align with customer targets and timelines.
  • Push capabilities out to the customer and ensure their acceptance of new updates, features, or capabilities.

Requirements

  • Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Prior government or military experience with any of the following organizations: MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber.
  • Experience directly managing complex technical projects and/or programs.
  • Understanding of budget practices and acquisitions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to speak in a public forum.
  • Excellent interviewing skills including active listening and empathy.
  • Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Cyber Security.
  • Experience with moving data at scale, especially using Amazon S3.
  • Technical background strong enough to determine system requirements and work closely with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimating.

Pay

Anticipated Salary Range: $115,716.00 - $160,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. When extending an offer, Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration which include, but are not limited to, the role's function, internal equity and a candidate's education or training, work experience, certifications and key skills.

Schedule

Occasionally positions/roles may include additional non-recurrent compensation and will be addressed by the recruiter during the interview process.
