Responsibilities

• Establish, foster, and strengthen relationships with government customers.
• Lead analytic and application development in support of operations and assist in growth strategy with special emphasis on U.S. Air Force.
• Provide project management and DevSecOps support, focusing on organic growth.
• Assist in training and adoption of various analytics and applications developed for cyber operations on the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP)/JCRS-D.
• Work in a hybrid environment, performing some onsite work 2-3 days a week on customer sites and traveling up to 25% for CONUS and OCONUS support.

Requirements

• Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 13 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior government or military experience with organizations such as MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber.
• Prior experience managing complex technical projects and programs.
• Experience with budget practices and acquisitions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, sometimes on short notice CONUS and OCONUS travel as necessary.
• Flexibility to work on customer sites 2-3 days a week in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Experience directly managing complex technical projects and/or programs.
• Understands budget practices and acquisitions.
• Strength in working with customers to understand products and help with more adoption/buy-in.
• DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required in this position as directed by the customer.
• Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Cyber Security.
• Experience with moving data at scale, especially using Amazon S3.
• Technical background strong enough to determine system requirements and work closely with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimating.

Skills

• Excellent interviewing skills including active listening and empathy.
• Will participate in the full lifecycle of Business Development, including proposal support, staffing, opportunity identification, bid/no-bid analysis, RFI/Market Responses, etc.

Pay

Anticipated Salary Range: $115,716.00 - $160,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. When extending an offer, Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration which include, but are not limited to, the role's function, internal equity and a candidate's education or training, work experience, certifications and key skills.
