Responsibilities

• Establish, foster, and strengthen relationships with targeted government customers.
• Lead analytic and application development in support of operations and assist in growth strategy, with a focus on U.S. Air Force.
• Provide project management and DevSecOps support, aiming for organic growth.
• Assist in training and adoption of various analytics and applications developed for the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP).
• Work in a hybrid environment, performing some onsite work 2-3 days a week and traveling up to 25% for CONUS and OCONUS support.

Requirements

• A current TS/SCI level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or 13 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior government or military experience with organizations such as MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber.
• Experience managing complex technical projects and/or programs.
• Understanding of budget practices and acquisitions processes.
• Strong customer interaction and product adoption skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and active listening.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 60 days of hire.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, sometimes on short notice, both domestically and internationally.
• Flexibility to work on customer sites 2-3 days a week in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Education: B.A. in Business, technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with a Master's degree; or 13 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data; 7 years relevant experience with a Master's degree; or 13 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI level U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience: Prior government or military experience with organizations such as MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of system requirements and ability to work closely with engineering and management for accurate design and estimating.

Pay

Anticipated Salary Range: $115,716.00 - $160,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. When extending an offer, Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration, including the role's function, internal equity, and a candidate's education or training, work experience, certifications, and key skills.
