Product Operations Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive product operations for a software environment that supports regulated healthcare workflows, with a strong emphasis on translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans. You will partner closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to keep priorities aligned, surface risks early, and ensure features are validated against expectations. The position also requires a steady focus on compliance, quality, and the day-to-day coordination needed to move work through a complex release cycle. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Define business requirements and write structured user stories Manage and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders Break down high-level roadmap items into actionable tasks Validate new features against requirements and system behavior Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and compile feedback Track delivery schedules, identify risks, and manage communication Ensure compliance with GxP standards and monitor operational metrics Qualifications 2-4 years of Agile software experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and JSON Proficient in utilizing LLMs for day-to-day activities Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare workflows Familiarity with GxP compliance guidelines in validated environments Skilled in technical writing for user stories and requirements Demonstrated ability to manage backlogs and resolve development issues Benefits Remote work opportunity Collaborative team environment Cross-functional communication across diverse teams Opportunity to impact healthcare software compliance Potential for personal and professional growth within the organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
