Product Operations Lead

Location: Remote (must live in PST; hybrid highly preferred out of Seattle, Los Gatos, or LA)

About the role

We are seeking a technically minded operations professional to help shape the operating model that keeps planning, execution, and stakeholder communication running smoothly. The ideal candidate will build durable systems, turn complex inputs into decision-ready outputs, and create leverage through scalable processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and document ways of working that create a durable operating foundation beyond the contract term.
• Build, pilot, and refine planning, OKR, and QBR cadences, including templates and playbooks that support independent execution.
• Establish portfolio-level intake, prioritization, roadmap tracking, launch-calendar visibility, and clear reporting for work in flight, upcoming work, and risks.
• Support stakeholder communications by maintaining a single source of truth for plans, decisions, dates, changes, and dependencies across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Operations.
• Experience working in Enterprise environments in the Technology or Media subscription space.
• Fluency with operating cadences such as planning, OKRs, and QBRs, with the ability to turn messy inputs into clean, decision-ready outputs.
• Demonstrated ability to build tooling and workflows that create leverage, including practical use of AI and automation.
• Strong cross-functional partnering skills across Product, Engineering, TPM, Design, Data Science, and non-technical teams.
• Fluency with product/ops tooling such as Jira and Airtable, plus outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
