Product Operations Intern (TikTok-PGC) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
- Support external PGC (Professional Generated Content) creators in growing their presence on TikTok, including designing growth strategies and operational plans;
- Collect and analyze key challenges faced by creators during their TikTok journey, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely solutions;
- Monitor and optimize creator performance through data analysis, continuously improving engagement and influence on the platform;
- Stay on top of content trends and user needs, and develop creator growth strategies that enhance the overall content ecosystem;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term development on the platform.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in sports or a related data analysis discipline;
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026;
- Passionate and experienced user of content platforms, with deep understanding of content ecosystems and creator growth;
- Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Goal-oriented, with excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills;
- Able to work fluently in a fully English-speaking environment (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);
- Prior experience in creator operations/content operations at major internet companies is a strong plus;
- Solid understanding of new media ecosystems, short video content trends, and overseas user behavior.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
