Product Operations Intern (TikTok Shop Apps and API) - 2026 Fall (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market studies to gather deep insights into Sellers, Independent Software Vendors (ISV) Partners and other roles in social content-based Commerce.

Partner with the product management team to devise product strategy to ensure long term vision and success for the product.

Combine ROI analysis, dependency analysis and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.

Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality.

Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal user experience prior to product launch.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related Business major.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Fall 2026.
• Great communicator & team-partner. Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
• Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Experience and understanding of APIs and 3P integrations.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28.5- $28.5.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
