The Product Operations Intern will support the core Product & Operations team by assisting in operational tasks, data analysis, user feedback collection, and workflow automation to ensure the success of the AI Recruiting Agent. Clean, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement• Support the team in reviewing customer interactions and workflows. Categorize and document user feedback to provide actionable insights for the Product team• Work closely with the Product Operations Manager and the engineering team to test new internal AI tools and report bugs or inefficiencies• Assist in exploring and implementing AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve team efficiencyQualification Required • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with our engineering team• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)• Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus, but not required• A strong executor who takes initiative.
