Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users• High ownership and impact• Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product• Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Own the day-to-day operations of our live AI Recruiting Agent, ensuring high customer satisfaction and consistent, high-quality delivery of hiring outcomes• Develop a deep understanding of how different customers use our products; proactively engage with them to collect feedback efficiently and systematically• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights and partner closely with our engineering team to continuously improve Agent performance and efficiency• Build and maintain an online data tracking system covering Agent performance and product operations metrics, enabling timely, transparent visibility for the entire team• Create internal AI-powered tools that automate operational workflows and make data tracking self-serve and effortless Qualification Required • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required to effectively collaborate and communicate with our engineering team• Prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Operations Manager at a SaaS or AI-related tech company• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills — able to spot problems sharply from complex, messy data and make data-driven decisions• A proven track record of acting as the ultimate owner who drives cross-functional teams, operates with urgency, and delivers excellent, measurable results• A strong executor with exceptional drive — instinctively automates and streamlines work, and is highly skilled at using AI tools to multiply efficiency• Energized by talking to customers and digging into their real workflows and pain points Preferred • Experience in the recruiting/talent acquisition industry, or working with HR tech products
