Product Only Supervisor

Supervision and Organization

• Provide supervision and mentoring for a team of colleagues responsible for setting up Product Only enrollments.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure accuracy and timely set-ups.
• Implement and monitor processes and procedures to maximize productivity and meet department goals.

Data Management

• Develop, maintain, and standardize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to extract, transform, cleanse, and move data and metadata into target databases.

Data Compliance

• Ensure that customer/vendor deliverables comply with legal requirements for the proper handling of HIPAA protected information.
• Oversight of team production to guarantee the successful and accurate delivery of data files to employer customers and carriers.
