Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
- Translate complex product features into value propositions highlighting customer benefits and outcomes.
- Help drive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Create and implement comprehensive product launch and sales enablement programs.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our products, including sales presentations, product demos, and competitive analysis.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of solution marketing initiatives.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the restaurant sector.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
