Product Marketing Specialist
Role Summary
The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving broad cross-functional coordination and facilitation of go-to-market strategies, bringing products to market from beta/pilot through full commercialization. In close partnership with Product Managers and the Marketing Manager, this position will work to develop/refine product positioning, target audience messaging and meaningful claims – bringing a wide variety of marketing collateral (digital, print, store sets, sales tools, events) to life in compelling, memorable ways. A successful Product Marketing Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing concurrent projects. They should be able to think strategically and act tactically. The Product Marketing Specialist should be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy of product information (copy and visuals) and continuity across the Pella product portfolio by channel and segment. They will work with engineering, Pella’s segment teams and internal/external creative teams to ensure that product marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Drive broad cross-functional coordination and facilitation of go-to-market strategies
- Bring products to market from beta/pilot through full commercialization
- Develop/refine product positioning, target audience messaging and meaningful claims
- Create and deliver a wide variety of marketing collateral (digital, print, store sets, sales tools, events)
- Ensure accuracy of product information (copy and visuals)
- Ensure continuity across the Pella product portfolio by channel and segment
- Work with engineering, Pella’s segment teams and internal/external creative teams to ensure that product marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in product marketing or related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with digital and print marketing materials
- Understanding of product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or related field
