Job Purpose The Product Marketing Specialist develops and implements customer driven products and marketing strategies to support the growth of a product family or brand. Key Responsibilities Educate dealers and internal CNH stakeholders on Construction Equipment Customer Value Solutions offerings, including:ProCare EvolutionPlanned Maintenance AgreementsConnected and Non-Connected Services including Inspections and Other Related ServicesUsed Equipment PMA offeringsFuture customer support programsPromote and support dealer adoption of PMA and Connected Services programs to achieve contract sales, attachment rate, and customer retention objectives.Identify gaps in machine coverage, service offerings, and dealer capabilities and work cross-functionally to develop new solutions and business opportunities.Develop and deliver dealer training through one-on-one coaching, webinars, regional meetings, dealer events, and in-person presentations.Create and maintain dealer-facing sales tools, training materials, marketing collateral, and best practices that simplify the quoting and sales process.Serve as the voice of the dealer by gathering feedback on current programs, systems, and processes and communicating opportunities for improvement to business, service, digital, and development teams.Collaborate with IT, Connected and Non-Connected Services, Service Operations, Warranty, Parts Marketing, Product Management, and Digital teams to improve dealer and customer experience.Support the development, testing, implementation, and rollout of new PMA, Connected and Non-Connected Services, and customer lifecycle management solutions.Monitor program performance and leverage reporting, KPIs, and dealer feedback to drive continuous improvement in quoting activity, conversion rates, contract attachment, renewal performance, and customer retention.Help simplify and improve dealer-facing systems and processes to reduce administrative burden and increase program utilization.Analyze market trends, dealer adoption metrics, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and enhanced customer value.Support strategic initiatives that integrate PMA, machine inspections, connected and non-connected services, and equipment lifecycle management into a complete customer support ecosystem. Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant degree.Minmum of 8 years in marketing, Engineering, or other relevant experienceMust be willing to travel up to 50% Preferred Qualifications Experience working with construction machine control is preferred. Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
